The packhouse packs a range of produce including Cherries, Apricots, Nectarines, Peaches and Plums through the months of November until February and packs a large volume of Apples from February until the end of June.
It was bought by a group of apple growers in February 2012 who wanted to secure their own packing facility to pack their ever increasing crop.
Mt. Erin works closely alongside its sister company Wake's Fruit Company and share an MPI approved operating system and management structure.
